I just started following this same schedule a few weeks before. I love the morning walks while the sun is just peeping behind the trees, everything so fresh and virgin! I can't doubt in anything you have written. This all is precisely true!

They are signalling molecules released by various tissues in response to physical activity. They facilitate communication between organs and contribute to the systemic benefits of exercise.
